Terms & Conditions
1- Booking Confirmation
All bookings are confirmed only upon receiving a signed quotation or agreement and the required non-refundable deposit.
2- Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements:
Clients must inform Lazaza Catering in writing of any food allergies or special dietary requirements at least 72 hours prior to the event. Lazaza is not responsible for adverse reactions if such information is not disclosed in advance.
3- Deposit & Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. Full payment must be completed prior to the event as per the agreed timeline.
4- Quotation Validity
All quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may be subject to change based on ingredient availability and market conditions.
05- Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum order value applies to all catering services.
06- Final Guest Count
The final number of guests must be confirmed at least 72 hours before the event and cannot be reduced afterward.
07- Menu Changes
Any menu changes or special requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the event. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and additional charges.
08- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within the agreed cancellation period are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable in all cases.
09- Refunds
Refunds are issued only if Lazaza Catering cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances.
10- Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Clients must inform Lazaza Catering in writing of any allergies or dietary requirements. Lazaza is not responsible for adverse reactions if not disclosed.
11- Halal Policy
All food provided by Lazaza Catering is strictly halal. No pork or alcohol is used.
12- Delivery & Setup Timing
Delivery and setup times are agreed in advance. Lazaza is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, restricted venue access, security procedures, or other external circumstances. Any additional waiting time, rescheduling, or manpower required may incur extra charges.
13- Equipment & Rentals
All rented equipment must be returned in original condition. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to the client.
14- Service Staff
Service staff are provided upon request and subject to additional charges. Overtime is charged per hour.
15- Leftover Food
For food safety reasons, Lazaza Catering cannot guarantee the safety of leftover food taken by clients after the event.
16- Venue Requirements
Clients must ensure the venue is accessible and equipped with required facilities. Lazaza is not responsible for delays caused by venue-related issues.
17- Decoration & Third-Party Items
Lazaza is not responsible for damages caused by client-provided decorations or third-party items.
18- Photography & Marketing
Lazaza may use event photos for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
19- Liability
Lazaza Catering is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages occurring at the event venue.
20- Force Majeure
Lazaza Catering is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control.
21- Acceptance of Terms
By confirming the booking, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
22- Prices and Taxes:
All prices are quoted in AED and are subject to applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
23- Website Images & Presentation:
Images displayed on the website are for presentation purposes. Final presentation may vary slightly based on event setup and availability.
24- Service Coverage Area:
Lazaza Catering services are currently available within Dubai and selected areas in the UAE.
