We usually require your event date, city, guest count, menu preferences, and any notes you wish to share.
4. Do you offer tastings before booking?
Yes. Tastings can be arranged for weddings, engagements, and large events based on availability.
5. Can the menu be customized?
Absolutely. All menus can be adapted to your preferences including dietary restrictions, cultural requirements, and event themes.
6. Do you provide staff, setup, and table styling?
Yes. We offer full-service catering including chefs, service staff, table styling, live stations, and complete setup.
7. Do you require a deposit to confirm the booking?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your event date.
8. How does payment work?
After paying the 50% deposit, the remaining balance must be paid in full 72 hours before the event day. An invoice will be shared with all payment details.
9. How early should I book?
For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance.
Smaller home events can often be accommodated with shorter notice.
10. Do you cater outside Dubai?
We primarily serve Dubai, but can accommodate events in nearby Emirates depending on the event size and requirements.
11. Do you handle decorations or event planning?
We focus on catering and table styling. For full event planning, we can coordinate with your planner or recommend trusted partners.
